Lauren Schwartz

Lauren strives to forge a deep and meaningful relationship with her clients. Her representation style is rooted in a shared sense of purpose and meaning. She is a relentlessly optimistic advocate and brings heart, positivity and levity to her practice.

Lauren was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2008 with a degree in psychology (following in her psychologist mother’s footsteps), it became clear that the study of human behavior could be readily applied to fields outside of a clinical practice. A deeply curious nature and love for the entertainment industry led her to Loyola Law School, where she was honored as a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Review. Lauren’s background in psychology helps create a foundation of transparency and support with clients while cutting through negotiations with precision and expert knowledge.

An innate builder, Lauren dedicated her well of entrepreneurial energy to supporting her clients in both traditional and emerging media–successfully navigating the landscape of the feature and television businesses and the dynamic growth of the podcasting, social media, NFT and Web 3.0 industries. She is also an expert strategist and deal maker in consumer products, apparel, merchandising, licensing and publishing.

Lauren joined the firm in 2016 and became a partner in 2020. Most recently, she served as a mentor in the Hollywood Reporter’s Women In Entertainment Mentorship Program, aiding young women in the transition from high school to college.

Lauren lives in Westchester with her husband, Matt, and their spirited toddler, Maverick (named before the re-boot!). She enjoys meditation, fitness and the ongoing pursuit of keeping Mav occupied for more than 30 seconds.
